MCCU Welcomes Chastati Schaefer as Regional Branch Manager for Isanti and North Branch

(Duluth, MN)  January 29, 2018   Chastati Schaefer has joined Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) as the new regional branch manager for Isanti and North Branch. In her new role, Schaefer will oversee the daily branch operations of both locations.

Schaefer joins MCCU with twenty-eight years of experience in the financial services industry and has held many positions, including Vice President of Relationship Management, eBanking & Commercial Services Officer, and Consumer Lender.  For the last fifteen years, Schaefer was employed with a financial institution where she oversaw all consumer lending, mortgage lending, retail staff, and call center representatives. She brings a well-rounded base of experience and knowledge to her new role.

Schaefer graduated from the University of Northwestern College with a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She is married to her husband, Tory, of twenty-one years, and together they have four children.  In Schaefer’s spare time she serves as a worship director at a local church and does a lot of singing throughout the Twin Cities.  Schaefer also enjoys rebuilding cars and residing in the country with her family where they enjoy all the activities that country living offers.
