    Accounts Payable Clerk ( Duluth)

    Come join our Accounting Department as a Full-Time Accounts Payable Clerk.

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Compile and process member and corporate transactions, including accounts payable, corporate credit cards, and wire transactions.
    • Process all accounts payable invoices, ensuring timely payment. This includes, but is not limited to, obtaining appropriate approvals on all invoices, ensuring mathematical accuracy of the invoice, calculating sales and use tax on invoices where appropriate, entering invoices into accounts payable system, maintaining vendor master file, and paying vendors.
    • Gather corporate credit card receipts from all users and balances to statements for payment.
    • Reconcile assigned general ledger accounts. Researches all reconciling items and adjusts such items as considered necessary. Serves as backup to Accounting Technicians.

    Dealer Relationship Manager (Duluth)

    The ideal candidate will be able to: 

    • Review policies and procedures to ensure they provide a positive framework for member service, appropriate product availability, safety and soundness and compliance with regulations and rules.
    • Be a liason between the dealer partners, internal departments, and our members in providing solutions, understanding and timely responses and outcomes. 
    • Maintain credit program quality within the indirect lending portfolio through proper analysis, administration and management practices.
    • Maintain consistent and frequent communications with our dealer partners through site visits and electronic communications, providing solutions, direction, and updates.
    • Monitor individual dealerships for trends in activity, to achieve volume objectives and to prevent fraud while maintaining a working relationship.

    Bankruptcy Specialist/Collector ( Duluth)

    Come join our Collections Department as a Full Time Bankruptcy Specialist/Collector.

    The ideal candidate will be able to: 

    • Assist the Collections Manager in bankruptcy related tasks.
    • Correspond and work with debtor attorneys/staff, repossession companies, workout loan specialists and trustees.
    • Mitigate risk and loss by observing best options within bankruptcy.
    • Assist with the sale and liquidation of repossessions and foreclosed properties.
