    Member Solutions Supervisor

    MCCU is seeking a Full-Time Member Solutions Supervisor in the Duluth Office.

    Description/Responsibilities:Member Solutions Supervisor at Members Cooperative Credit Union is responsible in leading and managing the operations of the Member Solutions Center (call center), ensuring optimum communication, teamwork and goal achievement. They are a champion of exceptional member service, ensuring that every member contact is treated as an opportunity for superior service. This position serves as an subject matter expert for all member digital services including Digital/Mobile banking, Bill Pay, P2P, and Phone Banking. On an overflow basis, this position is responsible to answer incoming calls, evaluate, and execute financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner to expand the use of the credit union’s products and services while maintaining and growing positive member/non-member relationships, and ensuring the safety and soundness of the credit union.

    • Coaches Member Service Support Specialists daily on how to achieve successful cross sales and referral goals and areas for development.
    • Assist the Digital Experience Manager when reviewing, identifying, analyzing and recommending business process and workflow changes and/or improvements; which affect E-Services, digital services and Contact Center Operations.
    • Coordinates operations of the Member Service Support Specialists to ensure prompt and efficient member service in a manner that will fulfill the credit union’s mission.
    • Serves as an expert on the credit union's products, services, and policies.

    Required Education and Experience:

    Bachelors Degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of three to four years experience in a related field or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. Proven experience in a high paced retail environment or a call center is preferred. Two (2) years of work-related experience with digital financial services including online banking, mobile banking, web applications or consumer facing technologies. Financial services experience is preferred.

    Lead Member Service Representative

    MCCU is seeking a Part-Time  Lead Member Service Representative in the North Branch  Office.

    Description/Responsibilities: A Lead Member Service Representative at Members Cooperative Credit Union is responsible for executing the member financial transactions in a professional and timely manner to promote and maintain positive member relationships.

    • Balances checks and cash drawer daily following the credit unions cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of all transactions: investigates and resolves drawer discrepancies.
    • Possess effective knowledge of the credit union’s products and services.
    • Identifies opportunities to match members’ needs with appropriate products or services.
    • Ability to apply basic concepts of mathematics, using whole numbers, fractions and percentage.

     Required Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year customer service and cash handling experience. Previous financial experience preferred.

    Digital Experience Manager

    MCCU is seeking a Full-Time Digital Experience Manager ( Call Center & Digital Services Manager) in the Duluth Office.

    Description/Responsibilities: A Digital Experience Manager at Members Cooperative Credit Union  is responsible for the planning, research, development, implementation and management of the credit union’s Member Solutions Center ( Call Center); to position the department to support the credit union’s short and long-term strategies and deliver unprecedented financial service. In addition, this position is responsible for researching and developing new strategies to increase utilization of the Credit Union’s electronic services.

    • ​​​​Responsible for enhancing the digital experience for our membership through managing and implementing new digital solutions.
    • Analyze market trends for our remote services and delivery channels as well as services and delivery channel strategies occurring in the marketplace. Ensure we are optimally performing in the industry through research, implementation and delivery excellence.
    • Oversees the call routing channel and digital channels to exceed service expectations.
    • Manages the selection, development and performance of the center staff to provide professional, high quality service delivery to our members.

     Required Education and Experience:

    Degree in business administration, finance or related field. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a call center or retail team in a production environment. Three (3) years of work-related experience with digital financial services including online banking, mobile banking, web applications or consumer facing technologies. Financial services experience is preferred.

    Data Analyst

    MCCU is seeking a Full-Time Data Analyst in the Duluth Office.

    Description/Responsibilities: A Data Analyst at Members Cooperative Credit Union is responsible for the collection, analysis and reporting of client/customer data using complex analysis of datasets in areas of research, development, product enhancement or other targeted business objectives. This position will use advanced methods to analyze and interpret data from various sources with an outcome to solve critical business needs for internal or external clients. This position will ensure data integrity by implementing quality assurance practices, gathering and entering missing data, and resolving any anomalies and use established statistical methods to determine data sources, sample sizes and appropriate methods to create and interpret reports.

    • Collaborating with end users to gather report requirements and ensure proper testing and validation.
    • Utilizes data to resolve business issues in the most effective manner providing best reporting through dashboards and other means of communication through data.
    • Understanding of SQL and ORACLE
    • Creating methodologies and files for analyzing and presenting data.

    Required Education and Experience:

    Bachelor’s in Computer Science degree or Management Information Systems, 1-2 years’ experience in databases, and understanding of programing languages including .NET, C#, PHP. Ability to effectively communicate and perform problem resolution steps is required for this position.

    Member Service Representative II

    MCCU is seeking a Full-Time Member Service Representative II in the Duluth Office.

    Description/Responsibilities: Member Service Representative II at Members Cooperative Credit Union will process member account transactions accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner. They will balance checks and cash drawer daily following the credit unions cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of all transactions: investigates and resolves drawer discrepancies.

    • Opens all types of new accounts: Savings, Checking, Money Market, IRAs and Small Business Accounts and processes new service requests ( ATM cards, direct deposits,etc.) and recommends appropriate additional credit union products and services based upon the needs identified during meetings with the member.
    • Ensures members are acknowledged and connected with the appropriate staff in a timely manner.
    • Possess effective knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services.

    Required Education and Experience:

     

    High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years in customer service/sales experience. Previous financial experience preferred.
