    We believe in financial success and offer each of our employees a comprehensive 401k savings plan. MCCU will contribute a 5% match to your 1% contribution within the first five years. After 5 years, MCCU will contribute a 10% match to your 1% contribution.

    Mortgage Funder/Servicer ( Duluth)

    Come join our Mortgage Department as a Full-Time Mortgage Funder/Servicer

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Obtain/maintain knowledge of lending policies/procedures and multiple loan products/program requirements.
    • Partner with loan originators, loan processors, title company representative, and mortgage servicing specialists to meet and exceed borrower expectations.
    • Complete post-close processing of 350-500 loans per year.
    • Independently ensure completion of all post-closing tasks within assigned files, able to expedite/prioritize files on short notice when necessary.

    • Establish, develop, and retain long-term relationships cross-departmentally with an ability to listen, understand processing, think critically and both suggest and implement internal changes.

    Repossessed Collateral Processor ( Duluth)

    Come join our Collections Department as a Full-Time Repossessed Collateral Processor

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Prepare condition reports for all repossessed items that come to the credit union and/or those items that may be repossessed and stored at other outside locations. Assists with foreclosed properties as needed.
    • Take inventory of all personal belongings in repossessed collateral and update on repo condition report and stores and disposes of said belongings as needed. May contact member to arrange getting personal property.
    • Assist collections manager as needed in all aspects of OREO property management including site visits, bill payments, insurance management and payment of real estate taxes and any other areas.
