    We believe in financial success and offer each of our employees a comprehensive 401k savings plan. MCCU will contribute a 5% match to your 1% contribution within the first five years. After 5 years, MCCU will contribute a 10% match to your 1% contribution.

    Member Service Representative (Duluth/Miller Hill)

    Come join our Miller Hill Branch as a full-time Member Service Representative ( teller) 

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Process member account transactions accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner.
    • Balance checks and cash drawer daily following the credit unions cash handling policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of all transactions; investigates and resolves drawer discrepancies.

    Financial Health Specialist (Remote)

    Come join our Financial Health Solutions Department as a full-time Financial Health Specialist - Bankruptcy

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Assist financial health manager and supervisor in bankruptcy related tasks.
    • Process bankruptcy notifications or navigates attorneys representing borrowers/members. 
    • Contact members with delinquent loans to determine the reason for delinquency and secure adequate payment arrangements.
    • Assist the financial Health Manager and supervisor in Credit Card collections, and repossessions as needed.

    The ideal candidate will be able to:

    • Interview consumer loan applicants and provide information on consumer loan products that best meet the member’s needs. Request, review, and deliver all appropriate documentation to the underwriting department.
    • Identify loan and ancillary product cross-sell opportunities through an extensive review of the applicant’s credit bureau. Uses strong interpersonal skills and influence to consistently achieve sales goals. Overcomes objections by confidently presenting appropriate solutions to fit members’ needs.
    • Build relationship with members and potential members and identify non-loan opportunities to expand credit union wallet share while making referrals to appropriate credit union departments.
    • Demonstrates the ability to excel in a high stress environment and can meet or exceed individual and department goals and deadlines.
