CardValet^TM is changing!

We hope you've enjoyed the convenient card control options provided by CardValet. On November 4th, we're launching an updated version with great new features, which will be renamed "MCCU Card Secure".

The update to MCCU Card Secure coincides with an update to the MCCU Mobile App. Card Secure will be accessed through our MCCU Mobile App, making account and card access easier and more streamlined. 

Please note: If you already have CardValet installed on your device, it will no longer work after the update. Please follow the steps below to update to MCCU Card Secure, which is only available on mobile devices.

What do I need to do to access MCCU's new Card Secure service? 

• If your MCCU Mobile App did not automatically update, download the updated version from your app store.
• Access MCCU Card Secure by selecting "Card Secure" from the menu.
• On first login, you'll be directed to your app store to download Card Secure. (Once MCCU Card Secure is downloaded, you'll be logged into Card Secure automatically when you log into the MCCU Mobile App.)
• Follow the prompts to enroll the debit card(s) you want to have access to through MCCU Card Secure. *Note: any alerts you configured with CardValet will need to be configured in MCCU Card Secure.
