Set up online banking

If you haven’t already set up an account in MCCU’s free online banking platform, now is the perfect time to do so! With online banking, you can pay your bills, monitor your accounts, transfer funds, access your statements, and more — whether you’re at home or away.

Tell us your plans

Once you’re set up in online banking, it’s easy to inform us of your travel plans by clicking the “travel notification” link or sending us a message. Just let us know when you plan to be gone and which states or countries you plan to visit, and we’ll update your debit card status accordingly to make sure there’s no disruption to your service. 

Scout out ATMs in your area

Especially while traveling, you never know when you might need to have some cash on hand. As an MCCU member, you have access to a network of thousands of surcharge-free ATMs across the country. Wherever your travels take you this winter, check the MoneyPass® ATM locator to avoid costly fees.

Update your mailing address

If you receive statements or checks in the mail, be sure to let us know where to send them while you’re away to avoid delays in delivery. The easiest way to do this is by sending us a message through your online banking account with your seasonal address and dates of travel, but you can also contact us through video banking or in person at a branch location.

Download the MCCU-Mobile app

Our free mobile banking app offers all the same services as online banking, but from the convenience of your smartphone. It even includes additional offerings like mobile check deposit, which lets you safely deposit paper checks using your phone’s camera, and Card Secure, which lets you control your debit card usage and spending on the go.
