ART - Audio Response Teller

Using any touch tone telephone, ART - our Audio Response Teller, gives you 24-hour, 7 day-a-week touch tone telephone access to your credit union accounts. Transactions such as account history, transfers, account balance, and check clearing inquiries are just a phone call away.

Getting started is easy - 

1. Get your PIN number from our Contact Center or office.
2. Call ART at 218.625.3010 or toll free 800.528.2477
3. Enter your member number and PIN number.
4. Choose the account you want to work with – savings, checking, loan, money market, line of credit, etc.  Art will list the type of accounts you have access to.
5. Select from summary, more details, or transaction/payment for savings accounts.  Details includes a list of all recent transactions, deposits only, withdrawals only and interest information.
6. Select from balance, last payment, next payment, or interest paid for loan accounts.
