Did you know?

Starting this month, the News Express will feature a “Did you know?” box that details valuable products and services MCCU offers that you may not know about!

MCCU now offers FHA and VA mortgage financing
FHA offers low down payment options, eligibility with less than perfect credit, low closing costs and very competitive fixed interest rates. The buyer/homeowner must occupy the subject property as their primary residence. FHA loans are not just for first time homebuyers and can be used to purchase a new home or refinance your existing home.

VA home loans do not require a down payment or mortgage insurance. Upon eligibility, VA home loans can be used by veterans and by men and women currently in the military. VA does not borrow the funds to buy or refinance your home; rather, they insure the loan that is funded by your Lender. VA loans can be used to purchase or refinance your primary residence, and they have low closing costs and excellent fixed interest rates.
