Here is a helpful list of items you'll need before, during and after your application:
At the time of application:
• Current pay stub for each employer
• Completed application
• Divorce decree (if applicable)
• If self-employed: Two years income taxes and schedules, business license, year-to-date profit and loss
• Documentation for other types of income such as Social Security award letter, disability checks, etc.
• Two most recent W2 forms
• Signed Authorization Form
• Land and/or home purchase agreement
• Retirement/Investment account statement
• Credit Union or Bank Statements
• Bids and estimates for construction
Upon approval and before ordering appraisal and title commitment:
• Abstract for land
• Plans or blueprints for the project
• Builders contract (if using a general contractor)
• Member to return the disclosure package provided by MCCU
• Completed ‘Descriptions of Materials’
During Construction
• Receipts for materials
• Invoices from any sub-contracted work
• Lien waivers for work performed/materials delivered
