What are your business hours?
Our Duluth and Cloquet offices including drive-up are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, the offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Our Aitkin and McGregor offices including drive-up are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m to 5:30 a.m. On Saturday, the offices are open from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.

How do I apply for a loan?
You may call our Contact Center at 218-625-8500, and we can take your application over the phone, mail or fax an application to you. You can also come into any of our offices to apply in person.

Do you do Mortgage loans?
Yes, we do 1st and 2nd Mortgage loans, Home Equity Loans and Home Equity lines of credit, and Home Improvement Loans. For more information on home mortgages, call our Mortgage Department at 218- 625-8500. For Home Equity or Home Improvement Loans, call 218-625-8500.

How do I change my address?
For your security we require that you notify us in writing. Include your name, account number, new address and signature to authorize a change in your address. Please mail or fax this information to Members Cooperative Credit Union, 101 14th Street, Cloquet MN 55720 or fax to 218-878-3667.
