What are your business hours?
Our Duluth and Cloquet offices, including drive-up, are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. On Saturday, the offices are open from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Our Aitkin office, including drive-up, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 5:30 p.m. On Saturday, the office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Our McGregor office, including drive-up, is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m to 4:30 p.m.

How do I apply for a loan?
You may call our Member Service Center at: (218) 625-8500, and we can take your application over the phone, mail, or fax an application to you. You can also come in to any of our offices to apply in person.
Do you offer mortgage loans?
Yes, we offer a range of mortgage loan options, home equity loans and lines of credit, home improvement loans, raw land loans, and refinancing options. For more information, call our mortgage department at: 218- 625-8500.
What are your current rates?

How do I change my address?
For your security, we require that you notify us in writing. Include your name, account number, new address and signature to authorize a change in your address. Please mail this information to Members Cooperative Credit Union, 101 14th Street, Cloquet, MN 55720, or fax to (218) 878-3667.
