Financial Solution Consultant

Join our team at MCCU in Spirit Valley as a Full-Time Financial Solutions Consultant (Personal Banker). A key component of this position is responsibility for providing exceptional service and finding solutions for credit union members by offering appropriate credit union products and services. Meet Sales and Service goals by proactively identifying financial needs. Must be outgoing, friendly, energetic and engaging and be dedicated to serving and finding financial solutions for our members. Qualifications include: High school diploma or equivalent and minimum of two years in customer service/sales experience.  Previous financial experience preferred.

Assistant Members Services Coordinator

Members Cooperative Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Member Service Coordinator (Lead Teller) for our Miller Hill branch.  Successful candidates for this position will have a High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year customer service and cash handling experience.  Previous financial experience preferred. This full-time position will have a variable schedule of 37-40 hours per week, competitive pay & excellent benefits.

Vice President- Lending

Members Cooperative Credit Union is seeking a Vice President- Lending. Successful candidates for this full-time position will have a Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of eight to ten years of work experience in a related field; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge. The primary purpose of this position is to assist Members Cooperative Credit Union in living out its mission to be the primary positive financial influence in the lives of our members/owners. This position is responsible for providing direction, leadership, management and oversight for real estate lending, business services lending, consumer lending and indirect lending operations of Members Cooperative Credit Union to create, promote and maintain quality loans for credit union members, and to ensure appropriate credit and interest rate risk to the institution.

 DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter

Members Cooperative Credit Union is seeking a  DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of three years of mortgage underwriting with FHA DE authority. A BA in a business or finance area is desirable; a two-year degree in a business or finance area is required. Duties include: analyzing member/non-member requests for mortgage financing to expand lending while meeting member needs and minimizing risk in a manner that will fulfill the credit union’s mission. Maintaining knowledge of changes in regulatory, economic and technology environments, assisting in meeting the credit union’s vision statement, mission statement and strategic goals; and providing support and assistance in the administration of MCCU’s mortgage lending department.

Central Underwriting Manager

We are a growing and progressive organization seeking professional individuals to provide outstanding service to both internal and external members. A key component of this service  is to oversee the central underwriting department to maintain a safe and sound portfolio of quality loans. This position oversees and manages the central underwriting operations, and manages the selection, training, development and performance of assigned staff. Members Cooperative Credit Union is seeking a Business Lending Workout Specialist. Successful candidates for this FT position will have a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field and a minimum of five to eight years of work experience in a related field; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge in business lending, with a minimum of two years of direct experience in commercial/business lending. Duties include: managing a portfolio of member business loans, formulating and implementing workout strategies, and overseeing and participating in the ongoing maintenance and sale of all business property.
