DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter

Members Cooperative Credit Union is seeking a  DE Mortgage Loan Underwriter. Successful candidates for this position will have a minimum of three years of mortgage underwriting with FHA DE authority. A BA in a business or finance area is desirable; a two-year degree in a business or finance area is required. Duties include: analyzing member/non-member requests for mortgage financing to expand lending while meeting member needs and minimizing risk in a manner that will fulfill the credit union’s mission. Maintaining knowledge of changes in regulatory, economic and technology environments, assisting in meeting the credit union’s vision statement, mission statement and strategic goals; and providing support and assistance in the administration of MCCU’s mortgage lending department.

Member Service Representative

Come join our MCCU team at our Miller Hill branch as a Part-Time Member Service Representative (Teller). We are seeking professional, positive individuals who would enjoy providing our members with information about MCCU’s products and services, making referrals to other members of the MCCU team and assisting members with their financial transactions. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or equivalent and a preferred minimum of one year of experience in retail, preferably in a credit union or bank, along with excellent referral, member service and cash-handling skills.

Collections Manager

MCCU is seeking a full-time Collections Manager at our Cloquet branch. This position is responsible for managing the debt collection process of the credit union’s loan portfolio to ensure that the credit union’s delinquency rate and loss ratio are kept at manageable levels, and to help monitor adherence to the credit union’s loan and collection policies. Qualifications include: High school diploma and three years of post-high school education in business or a related field and three to four years of financial industry collections experience; or a combination of education and experience providing equivalent knowledge.   Lending and/or supervisory experience preferred.
