 All repo sales are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• All items are sold "COMPLETELY AS IS."

• Members Cooperative Credit Union (MCCU) has the right to reject any and all bids.

• MCCU is not responsible for bids not being received by the sale date.

• Any book prices provided by the credit union either verbally or on the website are for information purposes only and MCCU will not be responsible for any errors.  Buyers are encouraged to obtain his/her own book prices or values on the item they bid on.

• If items are not sold at the sale date or through the bid process, MCCU will sell said item at any time after the sale date when they receive an offer they wish to accept.
